TPS read .03v and WOT 3.0v??

My B16 is .45v at idle and should be around 5.0 at WOP
Do it with key at the "ON" position but car not running.
If its not reading correctly...change it. You can get the screw out (they look like rivets but they're not) Just make sure you set the new one to the proper voltage at idle after install...it adjust.
If you just put it in....then maybe it needs to be adjusted?

Stock is .5v closed, 4.5v WOT. If its the factory one (still has the shear screws holding it) it ay be bad.
