Type R Cams

I have heard that the Civic type r cams and the 00-01 Integra type r cams are the same. Is this true? I know the 96-99 ITR are a little different than the ctr's. Thanx

they both share the same exaust cam...the ctr intake cam has a longer duration and/or bigger lift than the itr intake cam...i may be wrong but i know the ctr one is better for sure lol

yup, intake duration is longer on the CTR's, but the exhaust cam is the same.
