actually... all of the h and f series transmissions are interchangeable, with the exception of the f series in the s2000.
OR you could disable the atts. and use the regular engine/tranny. i had an integra with an h22a4 and a type s tranny, and it worked perfectly.
well, first off, i bought the integra that way. second off, if oyur looking for high performance, the atts is the wrong way to go in the first place. and you aren't really wasting your money by disabling the atts. it's not that special. plus he would still have the shorter gears of the h22, which, i am assuming, is why he would want a h22 tranny in the first place. either way, you can use it on the motor. if you want to use the atts, you just have to modify a little bit, if not, just disable it.
