General opinion by all those at the April 4th Bristol autocross:

"Insights ROCK".

Thanks for bringing the I, E.

2 seconds slower than Larry Boardman, in his 1998 Camaro 6spd V8.

And yes, Completely annihilated a certain someone's Mirage. :)

in the dry it did. i spun out on my ONLY dry run of the day. the nittoes were waaay too hard and i was entirely too stiff.

I would like to thank E for telling me how to setup my tires and shocks. i ran a consistant 53.0xx 3-5 runs in the wet, but my front right caliper is sticking.

ill have the picsn vids up when the car is empty and the battery charges a bit.

I can't remember CRXeribuni's real name...so I didn't see him on the sheet...But there was a CRX that placed high.

Props to everyone...even the Mirage...he did good...

I had fun Drifting all day, the rain helped a lot on me getting some more control down pact.

Wet, cold, hungry, thirsty, dirty, grimmy....and a few other things.....but I think it was a very fun day....The AE86 made it back home in one peice and survived after the torture I thru at it in the last week....damn thing won't break...and I beat the hell out of it. 1200+ mile road trip, a full day of drifting on a go-kart track, Mud from hell, 2 autocrosses...pushed real hard, Rain...and other crap I tryed to throw at it...

The other 260Z is holding up well, but it still needs a ton of work...but it was a fun spin around the track....

Uhmmm...Why is the topic what it is....

The Other baord and the owner had nothing to do with today...

a fucking enzo? dude, there was def no enzo there... lol
if you're referring to the yellow thing with no top, thats a late 60s vette.

I can't remember CRXeribuni's real name...so I didn't see him on the sheet...But there was a CRX that placed high.

Dale is his name... and he had first last time i saw the list.

that 60's vett was not in his class...it deffinately was not stock....

I was adding a little sarcasm to make it look like he had real compition....

And Dale in First place does ring a bell....

I guess we will have to wait 3 weeks for the results to get posted online...

Steve Jones races his Insight in the 1/4 mile. One of the best threads ever called "We're from the Future".

FTD...Fastest time of the day was around a 42-43....

48 is fast, but if the rain wasn't there...I could have been faster, but I enjoyed getting some slideing pratice in. Your car should have been around a 48-53...and thats good.

welp, they posted all the time on their site and i got my ass smoked by two girls. eventhough there husbands drove 3 of 5 times. and i dont remember a 82 by me. all of my times were dfferent than the ones they posted.and my fastest was 52.333

53.016 . not too bad for the wetness. the spinout on my first lap destroyed any hope of getting a good run. next time. :D

 Even in the rain the Insight got a better time.... <_<
