Well, for example, why did I pay $475 shipped for what I was told on the phone was a head that was '100% complete except for the cams and valve cover', and open the package to find a bare-ass head, that only had the valves/valvesprings, cam caps, most of the rocker arms, a couple of LMA's, and those wristpins. No electronics, no coolant hose attachment thingie, no bolts, etc. Pretty much why the hell I paid $475 for a bare-ass head I could've got off Ebay for $200.
