No, it's not worth it, just get new wiring for the CRX out of a junkyard, if you want to run OBD1 then get a jumper harness later.
Take it from me, we re-wired my 91 rex with 93 civic hatch wiring and it was more headache than anything, and in the end we ended up using more of the crx harness than anything, trust me.
Assuming you have a dx 5 speed even if you were to go to the dealer the wiring for the crx is 475 dollars for the front section (goes from headlights through firewall to dash/fuse box
The rear section of the wiring goes from the fuse box to the taillights and is 250
Honda Automotive Parts
if you have a different model then look it up, it cant be much differnt of a price.
Junkyard will charge between 100 and 300 depending on who takes the wiring out of the car
If it's ust your engine harness that is bad it will be even cheaper
