I have a95 b18b1, I read the P30 JDM B16A pistons are a good choice.

All I can find is the B16A2 pistons for sale.

Can I use these pistons, and if I do, what is the expected compression ratio?

Will they clear the crower 403s?

(I searched)

Here is a link to figure out what your compression would be Compression Calculator. The b16a2 pistons are good too for your setup. There shouldn't be clearance issues with your piston and cam choice. If you are still worried email Crower.

But, you should clay the motor if you have any doubts. Check out C-Speeds Tech site on how to do this.
