What Turbo

I have a dohc ZC motor in my 88 CRX, im doing a turbo kit and im not sure what turbo to get... thinking of a T3.... i want quick spool up time so can get the jump on the enemy... im going to run it at about 4-7psi, i was wondering how much hp can i ecpect to gain out of this... stock it has 130hp... can anyone help?
