whats a good cam

i have a 90 integra ls im trying to get all the internal parts and im just cant figure out what a good cam for the ls head would be so if you have any sugestions let me know thanks

gude gorilla cams.........for non-vtec, crower 403's are the two i would look into....my personal opinion.

yeah crower is always good but if your gonna get aggressive cams make sure u use that valve train
