I have heard I need an oil catch can for my pcv valve is this true?

you need to do something to the stock pcv system. one of my friend's motors basically took a shit becuase he didnt do anything...I grabbed a breather kit from endyn at theoldone.com

yep

pcv systems run on vacuum. when you boost, you don't have vacuum anymore

Thanks for the help.Should I go a step colder on the spark plugs or are the stock ones fine?

I would go just a step under. Detenation will become a problem unless you using higher octane fuel. And a colder plug will help that.

its not abotu detonation, its about the spark getting blown out because the gap is too big.

Ok so where Im running NGK bkr6e-11 (stock) I want to run NGK bkr7e-11 spark plugs Right?
