Pistons; with milled LS rods, yes.
The ITR rods are a bit too tall for the stock LS crank. If you put a GSR or Type-R crank, it'll work fine.
found out that for my tech knowledge it isnt worth it, Ill be boosting at a later time and im not to familiar with how to do my own piston swapping or whatever and would be easier just to stay with my ls for now and get a vtec head then boost with ls/vtec... if I knew more knowledge of how to do it myself and the specs and what has to be done. I would be doing it
If you're not too confident about rebuilding the block for pistons/rings/rods, you might want to just turbocharge the block without worrying about the VTEC head. You'll still make plenty of power- more than enough to put a big smile on your face.
And for that price, make sure that he's doing all of the little stuff too... water pump, front main, cleaning the head gasket surfaces. And buy all of the parts so that he don't rip you off on them.
