Need crank pulley for 92 b18a1 timing marks dont line up with mine when trying to set ignition timing. suspect wrong pulley on vehicle.

Sounds like timing isn't properly set. First set the crank pulley on the white TDC single mark and then lign up the cam sprockets to spec. Once you have done that make sure your ignition rotor is facing #1 position on the dizzy cap.

Aren't they interference engines if timing was set incorrectly wouldn't valves be damaged. The car runs great aside from a high idle.
