What engine should i pick?

I have a Ls/vtec right now in my sol and thinking bout putting a jdm b16 in it which would be better?

Ehh, I would keep the LS-VTEC if it's built properly. Don't bother with the b16, torqueless engine.

I would leave the LSVTEC in it, if its done right it will hold up just fine and like Matt said it will have more torque than the B16.

yeah the problem being is that when i built the ls/vtec i was in a rush kinda didnt have the time to get a new water and oil pump should i do that as soon as possiable?

Never hurts. Replace them anyway. Timing belt, too.
