That body, in that color, is pure sex.
Great power numbers, but .87g? Its still a straight line rocket. The teggy pulls .88 from the factory. NSX .93. Hell, the viper even pulls a .96.
There are tuned civics out there pulling 1.0+, you can't tell me that a room full of engineers can't make the vette handle better. Maybe its a production cost thing. But with the new vetts being priced over 106k, its time it becomes more than a straight line acceleration machine.
I just went to the site, fully loaded, the 2009 corvette 3zr-zr1 is $119,270.
...except it will destroy just about anything on a road course. Don't just be a stat whore, believe me this handles far better than an integra from the factory.
id rather have the GTR still..
1. Cheaper ($69,850) before $30k dealer markup
2. 0-60 in 3.3 sec
3. Nissan makes more reliable cars
4. O and better gas mileage ^_^
fixed
and the gas mileage isnt all that great either.. 16 mpg highway..
well, a buddy of mine was thinking about buying one (GTR) .. just the oil is $1000 ... takes 10 qts at 100 bucks a quart ..
