More power out of my car

Hello, guy am looking for a little bit more power in myhonda civic ex LS/vtec Gsr head and USDM type r piston, Ebay header,intake and cutout. Im looking to spend about $500.
What esle do i need to reach 200whp?

get a good suspension, good tires and good brakes before you get more power mods.
