junkyard is your friend ebay is your friend search is your friend plenty of people have done what u want with good success. that parts arnt the bg thing its the tune and how u treat it. 1200 bux in used parts can go a long way.alright. what would you recommend for a turbo kit? and i appreciate your help by the way.
You get what you pay for. Yes, you can use ebay for your piping and itercooler but not a good idea for the turbo. You can build a reliable junkyard kit but you may have to fab a few thing to fit. It really depends on your experience with turbo setups and your budget. But it is ultimately up to you what you want to dojunkyard is your friend ebay is your friend search is your friend plenty of people have done what u want with good success. that parts arnt the bg thing its the tune and how u treat it. 1200 bux in used parts can go a long way.
"can NOT be done for $6000" bull shit give me 6k ill buy a car and boost it to those levels and give u change. d ftw
as long as ur no douche bag and dont drive it like a dumb fuck id say a good tune on a STOCK ls would get u in the 250 range safely. iv driven a 320whp gsr that was very conservitive and romped on it and had no probs for over a yr.
if u have a da do a mild kit on that and take the rest of your money buy a spare block. once u see what boost is and how much u want/ need build the other block accordingly.

You're seriously suggesting that you could build a nearly 500 horsepower Honda that's reliable and street-able for 6 grand total???
