i only use a headset to tell my teammates where a camper is when i get killed. or if i see someone sneaking up on a teammate.

Did you guys know you can use the stinger to knock out the enemy UAV? Its fun as hell. I had one match in HCHQ where all I did was knock out their UAVs... there were 4 in the air at once, and I killed em all. They commented on it at the end of the game.

Wanna know how to find out and get the kill? Throw a flash/stun at them and if you get it close it'll kill them.

Do any of you guys tend to fire in short bursts? I'll come up to someone and just put two bullets into em and take off since I really only play Hardcore anything.

Thats gotten me in trouble a lot of times with last or final stand. I'll hit em and put em down only to get destroyed by them while they're on the ground. Its quite annoying, but I don't like waiting to make sure they're down because I always tend to hit the one guy and another one floats around the corner spraying.

The stinger is the best, IMO. Two stingers will take down everything except the AC130. Hell most aircraft can't survive a single Stinger if you're standing underneath it. I dunno how many times I've put one into the underside of a Pave Low or Chopper Gunner.

and no, you have to kill 40 killstreak rewards to get CB Pro, this goes for basically anything. Choppers, harriers, sentry guns, and even UAVs.

I have a class specifically set up for Anti-Air;

P90 <-- still defend yourself
Stinger <-- AA missile
Claymore <-- watches your back for you
Sleight of hand Pro <-- reloads the second stinger very quick in case you miss or need to take down another chopper/harrier
CB Pro <-- so the choppers/harriers won't shoot at you as well as being invisible to radar and thermal/sentry, etc...
Ninja Pro <-- so heartbeat sensors won't see you

I will note that you won't finish the stinger challenges by hitting uavs or harriers, it specifically states taking down choppers for the challenge.

Depends really, I've been playing HCHQ so I just switch my class, go get killed then open up on the chopper/harrier. You can't destroy care packages, but if you're fast enough you can destroy the choppers that bring them in. I've hit one before it dropped the package and successfully stopped it from dropping. Lately I've been tearing apart chopper gunners. That is by far the favorite of hardcore campers. They'll call them in and I'll rip them apart sometiems as they come into the map or after they get one or two kills.

Although Javelins are good at taking down AC130s, they're horrible for choppers that move around the map. I've never successfully shot down an AC130 with anything.

I kind of play it by ear (ha ha) with the headseat. If I'm with a group of people that are into strategizing and updating each other, then I'll go along with it. Otherwise I'm pretty much like you. I'll call out campers and I'll warn other people if I see enemies sneaking up.

I hate when people just lurk with their headsets on. Like they're not talking to anyone, but for some reason they have their mic on. And then you'll hear them talking to their friends/girlfriends/moms/etc. and listening to music and shit. It's like really? Why is your headset even on? Last night some guy answered his phone and was having a conversation while on his headset, and I could hear it clearly.

Thank God that you can mute people even in the lobby now on MW2. I hated it in the first one when you'd get some annoying idiot in the lobby who plays retarded music or just acts dumb cause he knows people can't mute it...

Ah yes, you're talking about boosters. I've stumbled across boosters a few times. It's fun to kill them. There was a series of videos on YouTube that showed some of the more popular booster spots, so I always make sure to check those now...
