My buddy comfirmed this by calling arp themselves, since he has the balls to ask. H22 468whp-366tq.
They are all grade 8 the only special about arp's are the heads. The machine shop we use even comfirmed it is grade 8.

you sir are a fucking retard, automotive and standard bolts are two diffrent types of fasteners! standard grade do not streach, they are brittle, tough but weak. they will not stand the vibrations a engine produces! Plus how are you going to know how many ft/lbs your goint to torque the grade 8 bolts?

Yikes..As a proffesion, working with heavy duty machines that vibrates all day, 1200hp cat engines. A 3/8x16x1/1/2 grade 8 bolts we use in our 500tons ram press tool is enought to hold the yard...500tons, not psi
