I disagree with both the article, and with Sabz' comment. The fact tht people try to attribute racial extrasensitivity to certain liberal or conservative biases is completely bogus. I made the comment because the article tries, even with the title, to pawn off almost all of the racial bias onto liberals.

Racial bias and racism is all in the person and their attitude. My comment attacked the article from a political standpoint, not a racial one.

I must admit that the only times I hear either party invoking race is

A: when a liberal calls a conservative a racist.

B: when a converative calls out a liberal for playing the race card.

I agree with the article wholly. When Hillary Clinton made the "Washington is like a plantation" speech, that was worse than just standing at the podium and calling people Niggers.

Maybe so, but your initial comment makes it sound as if that article could only have come from some "right-winger" conservative, when the article is clearly calling out liberal standpoint as the "racist" stance, or at least racially sensitive, when the stereotypical view, and the stance taken by each party seems to be the opposite. As Silverchild pointed out, it is usually the "right-wingers" that are being called racists, while the "left" always seems to pull the ACLU out of a holster. This article completely opposes the stereotype, proving my point. Race is a big issue, but it need not be taken in a bipartisan manner. Just as people say that Christians are right-wingers, I know many in which that is simply not the case. It pisses me off that people seem to have to put a 'left' or 'right' label on subjects of controversy. That is my point regarding both the article and your initial comment. I would in no way say that a person was unintelligent, but it detracts from the message one is really trying to tell me when a bipartisan spin is put on the response.
