the key is to have the center stand straight up and hand it off to his side instead of between his legs. you can't really see it in the kid video.

I saw the Rams do it once in a game, except it was "Wrong Play". Kurt Warner started stomping over to the sideline screaming at his coach for giving him incorrect signals and then, boom, the center direct snaps to the HB

as your allowed one man in motion during nsap on offense this is also legal

I know when I played in high school ball once that ball moved and there was no whistle from the ref it was game on and that whole offensive line plus the quarter back would have got put on their ass.
