Blox vs. OBX vs. Skunk2

So these seem to be the main brands out there right now around the same price range.. I've always had a feeling that OBX is ricey and cheap, I don't know why..

All their products look the same. So is OBX and Blox at the same quality Skunk2 is?

i'd go with BLOX, not as cheap as OBX and not as expensive as Skunk2

s2 for the win. I have owed the s2s2. And i have seen what obx does to heads. they suck. I would never buy anything with those intitials. Blox is ok.

Haha true... Recent events with me and S2:

Wow, I'm now convinced that Skunk2 literally can't be beat. I ordered two shirts from them off of their eBay closeout store, and they mixed up my order with someone else's, so I emailed them and let them know that they sent me the wrong order, and they said that they already realized it and to keep the stuff they sent me and they were sending my order out again along with stickers, a catalog, and a license plate frame. They went well out of their way to fix this. I would have been fine with just sending the stuff back. That lets you know that it is a company committed to their customers and products, and not just worried about money..

yeah blox stuff is alright, but im a skunk 2 man myself, the speed shop around here is a direct supplier so he gets good deals.

hell i thought we were talking about cams. Blox intake manifolds aren't bad. I know some people that have used them. OBX is junk period. Some people claim that their LSD's are ok. I wouldnt use there crap even if they gave it to me for free.

I agree with klyph on the spending extra cash for the name. Its just that i used what i knew worked by experience. i didnt want to buy something else when i knew the s2 cams were gonna give me the performance i needed. plus i got them for a good deal

(prob not because it is the engine build)

I dont think the Blox IM are CARB legal, so s2 manis +1 if you live in Cali

just saw in his sig that he already owns a S2 IM. so he must be talking about ECU jumpers harnesses j/k

Sorry guys, i just meant in general.. A lot of their stuff looks exactly the same.. I for one am 100% against buying stuff for the name. I hate it.. BUT!!

Skunk2 seems to stick by their products 100%, and they will help with any problem you have.. They've helped me a lot.

they arent.. but that doesnt mean you cant smog with them.. i was able to at a couple of different places.. but that doesnt mean everybody is able to
