Oh, I do a little here and there.
So me and a few buddies were talking about outrageous gas prices the other day, and my brother came up with the idea of a concept car that would solve our problem. Me and a friend have been working on a sketch of this concept car in the paint program. Check it out, details at the bottom.

As you can see, it's human-powered! A guy sits in the engine bay in the seat and rotates a crankshaft by hand, the whips are pedal activated by the driver. And there's even a button installed which activates the knife when you need a little more speed! Then when you need to brake, the noose will choke the unlucky guy in the engine bay and pull him away from the crank :).

It's not quite finished yet but nearly. Enjoy :D.
 
I have an idea to add, instead of the death penalty, criminals could do the pedaling.
 
This idea, while whimsical, should be sent into Dr Who. What a great, bleek futuristic idea of a caste of people who's sole purpose it is to be an engine.

And I say we sentence all current Ford owners to this punishment.

I say we punish all the people that go through roundabouts the wrong way by making them power this contraption. Seriously, how fucking hard is it to navigate a roundabout? I mean I can understand the people that stop and wait, but come on there are arrows pointing in the direction you are supposed to travel.
 
My mom owns a ford so that will not be happening :D. I think my brother was thinking about a certain type of people when he came up with the whips, and the noose, and it was supposed to be powered by purple drank and/or koolaid ;).

As long as our government is around you will never see an electric car on the market. You will see Hybrids and flex-fuel systems thats about it. It is a shame that the guy who pitched his electric car to GM got killed shortly after going public with it years ago.

Meh the illegals do all the work we refuse to do for a cheap rate though. If illegals weren't willing to pick our crops for a cheap price, I'm sure the price of veggies would go up. Although I guess an illegal powered bus would probably cost less to operate than a diesel powered bus. Just as long as all the illegals don't have to do it. I need me some cheap veggies.

You would have to supply water and food not to mention the additional costs of hot sauce and jalapeno's. In the end it would be too cost efficient and we will most likely see the vegetable prices increase. lol..

That's true. I just assumed the illegals could go without food. Although buses would probably go through an illegal every two days, so food and water wouldn't be all that important.

Actually I had a more realistic idea, remove all workout equipment from prisons and instead make them workout on recumbent bikes that are build into generators. And by powering the chairs we'l use to execute them they can take pride in knowing they're giving back to their community :-)

or perhaps bring it back to the old school and make the criminals work the fields that the illegals are currently working... chain gang style... make them work off their debt to society

if there are no jobs for the illegals, they wont want to come here
if prison is back breaking labor in the hot ass fields perhaps prison will once again become a deterrent
this will work toward solving 2 major problems in the US

I went through a roundabout backwards once, but I lived in the UK for two years. Old habits die hard
