I had the same problem with king bearings....you may want to buy a different brand.....After I got my new set of rod bearings, the crank was able to spin freely in the short block.
To make a long story short...the machine shop messed up my crankshaft for my rebuild. I am currently in the process of replacing the crankshaft, but need to know if I only need to rebalance the new crankshaft or rebalance the whole motor. The b18b is replaced with new all stock parts. Any help...

I just found the information from Honda-tech. Supposely it was a law that passed last October, but they are recently enforcing it now. I hope it aint true, let us know what happens when the state ref calls you back. good luck

You may want to check with the State Ref regarding BAR for the JDM motor for your EG.

For mounts, you will need all the b-series mounts plus the b16( civic si) rear tranny mount and the del sol vtec/b16 ac mount(if you are planning to keep the ac). I think hasports sells a complete mount kit for about 400.

i believe that you need a b16/del sol vtec ac mount for the d-series ac compressor to mount up. other b series ac mount will may not work, I could be wrong...the hasport mount looks exactly like the b16/del sol ac mount.
