Good idea or horrible i want to swap engines to get more power but the D16A1 89 teg will bolt in but it's only a gain of 20 hp so i was wondering about more powerful engines. i Understand that motormounts will be a problem and my car is carbed so i'll have to change the whole fuel system jsut...

i did go to car fax and it told me it is a 1986 crx 1500 si which i know it is not

ok i was trying to figure out what type of 1986 crx i have. i'm pretty sure its a dx but whe ni look at the engine vin it's EW2. But i can't find that honda made a EW2 engine. then i decided to look up the vin on carfax and carfax came back saying my car was a 1500cc si. My car was made in japan...
