You should drop in better pistons if you plan on boosting any serious power. The h22 is a better n/a motor in my opinion. Best of luck to you.

In my own opinion the h series is a good n/a motor and can be built to be pretty powerful but it really is all about how much you're willing to spend. A powerful engine is not cheap anyway you look at it if your ready to spend a decent amount of money then maybe you should consider a k24 instead...

Well if you're going to stay with the h series an h22 would probably be your best and easiest swap. The color thing I'm not 100% sure about so I'm not gonna comment on it.

Hey guys I just wanted you to know that if you a JDM engine you should call this number SPAm I just got a f20b dohc blue top for 800.

I would use a f20b dohc there's a little work to be done but it should mount right up .these engine can a little hard to find but I know where to go call this number 1-877-364-9100 I got my f20b dohc for 800 from there

Code 22 is the vtec pressure switch and it should be very easy to change I believe it sits on top of the vtec solenoid it's three 10mm bolts very easy to change

Going to turbocharge my f22b1 was wondering what you guys think I should use I've been looking at t3 or t4 or should I supercharge it instead?

Well all is good vtec is engaging at 3000rpm I had to get a new one but I got it for 25 used and once again thanks for the help
