Thanks for the info Mugen, I contacted paypal and filed a complaint. I'm not gonna contact the IFCC unless he doesn't respond. Paypal said it could take up to 30 days to do whatever they will do. So chingro, if you read this...you have 30 days!!!

I sent the money by paypal on 12/2. He replied thanking me for the payment and that he would get me a tracking number. I asked about the status of the TB three weeks ago, he replied that he was sending it that day. I still don't have it and he won't reply....guess I got screwed. Guys...
