First start up after new clutch, fly wheel and rear main. The throw out bearings were horrible before so this was the first time I heard the car running "right" Not sure what's throwing the CEL, I don't know anyone who reads OBDI any suggestions would be great!

Not sure if this explains it but the axles weren't even back on yet, this was when the car was still up on stands. But what do you mean wires up correctly?
