its the ecu as per your explanation. But try using a different ecu of the same type and check if that blows the fuse. ECU can short the injector circuit depending on how bad is the injector.
Check the IAC valve also.
The IACV can cause any of the following (mostly related to idle problem)
High RPM even after a long drive.
Abrupt Changes in RPM
RPM going very low on Idle up.
etc etc
All these are caused as the IACV gets clogged up with carbon remains or dust particles...
Yes... it seems as if there is an interface difference... try using the same body harness from the one that you totaled instead of going through the hassle of rewiring. That should help.
OK.... I checked with my amp meter and saw that there was a voltage that existed in pin# 23 which was roughly 1.8V to 3V
When I grounded that wire... it increased the engine RPM. As a result I used another relay that converted the switch +ive signal into ground and feeded that ground signal...
Hi.
I recently added A/C on my car which has gone through a D15B non VTEC swap from a carburated engine. The A/C installed works fine but however the person who installed it didn't have ECU pinout diagram with him so he by passed the ECU and installed the A/C directly connected with the...
I got the pinout for 37820-P3S-T01
Yupee..... I got the pinout diagram for both the grey connectors that I needed. It has been more than an year and now I got it and I am uploading it for others to benefit from it too. I also came to know that this is the same ECU that is also used for D16Y2...
OK guys.... thanks for all your replies... I got the Car on and running... it has been more than an year now.
Now again a new task... I have turned on the AC of my car... but its on direct wiring and not connected to the ecu... only battery, engine through the belt and the alternator...
I came to know through some sources that D15B engine not only came in civic but also in Honda city and few models known in Japan as Civic Ferio and CRX and Capa / Jazz. Lets see if any one can match the ECU with these and hopefully get a pinout.
Thanks.
Here are few more pictures of it.

Thanks guys for all the response..,
let me show you the ECU pictures for a better understanding of it..
and I also went to a local shop that has new and used wiring harness from where I found the harness that fits my ecu. I am uploading them here for your further review for any comments...
Guys..., the ecu diagram listed above donot match..., I am wondering that if City has a unique set of ECU that it uses...., surely there has to be some one who can provide the PINOUT diagram of my ECU.... again the serial number is 37820-P3S-T01
Please help me in this... need it very much...
