H22 Intake manifold on GSR head ?!?

Are you building a b16???? I'm surprised that manifold will even fit on a b series engine. Either way, if it's a b series you're building, I really don't think this manifold will give you any serious power gains. Your ecu won't even look for the intake air bypass, so kinda pointless to run...

    NEED BOLT SIZE FAST!!!!???

Not too sure on the size, but they should be M12. However, your thread pitch is wrong. Your thread pitch will be 1.25 Seems to be the standard thread pitch for all honda fasteners. Try that and see if it works.

    4 wire o2 in a 1993 cx

your ecu wiring looks right, so double check your wiring at the bosch sensor. I've installed a bosch sensor before, and sometimes their wiring instructions are pretty damn vague. Only other possibility is that your engine is either running so rich or so lean that the ecu can't compensate for...

    Coolant line problem

This hose comes off the solid coolant pipe at the back of the block next to the water pump???? If so, this hose is not needed, so just cap it off. I did a ZC swap into an 88 CRX Si and I couldn't figure it out either, so I capped it off. I believe that this engine was originally a carb model...

    4 wire o2 in a 1993 cx

No, definitely don't do that. D22 (sensor ground) and A25 (sensor voltage) are used for other sensors than just the o2 sensor, so pulling those wires will cause large problems for you. A6 I'm not too sure about, but I would almost suspect the same, unless your main harness is wired for it...

    Separating transmission halves

Ok, here's a thought, take it for what it's worth, as I have not separated tranny halves before. If you don't have room to get a screwdriver in there to pry, you might be able to get a metal drywall tapers trowel in between there to break the seal somewhat on the sealant. Use a small trowel...

    auto tensioner design?????

Just an update, I finally got around to pulling the timing belt out, and found two problems. Water pump bearings are shot, which should be the cause for whining at idle and low rpm driving. Also, all the fluid leaked out of my tensioner. Won't be reusing one of those again ever. Still...

    auto tensioner design?????

point well taken, although it is a stock motor, without any serious mods. I did however manage to get ahold of a tech at a local honda shop today who confirmed that it indeed was not the way the auto tensioner should work. Tension should never come off the belt at all. Thanks for the parts...

    auto tensioner design?????

I'm wondering if someone can explain to me how the h22 auto tensioner works. Sounds like a stupid question, but I was under the impression that the auto tensioner would add tension as needed to compensate for belt wear. However, the problem I've been having is that after sitting for a night...
