Ok i pulled me engine out today 95 civic ex ...and went to put my new one in '98 ls converted to obd1..." with some egay motor mounts and cant get the bracket to line up.... i think i need a 99 si rear bracket.... Let me know if ya got one... and a price..ship to 21050

i use 10w30 in my honda.... the engine is strong and all honda auto tranys are poop if you are looking to make power.... as for vtack engagment i belive it is around 4800 rpms,,,mabby 5200...i dont really remeber but it is around there.....search will find you all the answers you are lookig for

100% honest with ya i dont know about the wire harness 100%... I know for a rex you need a special shiftlinkage, im not sure if that is with all the EFs to..... I know if you are just going to be runing a stock ls motor, then you need to use the ecu that came with the swap, or any ls ecu...

its fine.....the only reason id fix it is if you started to get fumes in side the car......but it sounds like it is far enough back you wont have to worry....

im just giving ya a hard time... suspension itself can take off a sec or two in the 1/4.....it really makes a difrence...i wish i would have saved a little more up for the car im doing now....im going to have to waite a little while before i can do that....

you will need to either change the wireing harness, or you could convert the engine to obd1, by geting a obd1 dizzy and alternator....most of the other plugs will be fine.....RESEARCH more
