What brand of gas are you using? I'm in EP and I know that a lot of NM uses oxygenated fuel starting now til March...you could have gotten an early batch of that crap...my car always runs crappier with that stuff...watered down gas is what I say...

I've never seen a fan UNDER the heatsink before...kinda impossible...the heatsink (block of metal aluminum/or copper--copper ownz) is in direct contact with the CPU...then you have a fan (usually 60mm) on top of the heatsink which cools down the metal block which is absorbing the heat from the...

Nah, don't try to fix it...buy a cheap case that comes with a p/s, or buy/find a case that will accommodate both your mobo and p/s.

what is the temp on the mugen? what climate are you in? btw: how cold is the bottom hose...it should be pretty warm...if it isn't then the coolant isn't flowing through the raddy

The upper hose should be warmer than the lower one. The steam is your head gasket...not good... I think you can keep the radiator cap off and run it for a while at idle...once the thermostat opens up you should see the flow
