    use the z6 cam gear instead the y8 or a6, and use the a6 water pump and tensioner. and make sure u have a z6 or y8 belt, there is a teeth difference in nonvtec and vtec belts and pulleys

    i think it looks more like the distributor o-ring and vtec solenoid o-ring, since most of the oil looks to have leaked under the dizzy and on the back side of the tranny, no really around the valve cover as far as i can tell from the pics. perhaps better pics would help...
