pretty sure that LCA = Lower Control Arm (a part of the suspension) I've heard that to do a rear drum-to-disc brake conversion on my 5th gen civic, I would need Integra LCA's.... but the weight is what kept me from doing that.... drums are lighter-weight. Just my $0.002
