I just did a 5sp b16 swap into my automatic 93 hatch.
For starters, the frame mount on the passenger side is longer and at an angle on an automatic. I ordered the frame bracket from Honda ($20ish) and had a buddy remove the old one and weld in the new.

I had a ticking noise a couple of days after my engine install. Turned out to be one of the cam gear adjusting bolts (Darkstar racing cam gears) started backing out and was hitting the valve cover. Could've been a disaster...
Talk to Joe at locashracing.com, he helped me a lot with my b16a2 swap. The phone# is on the website and there is an email option as well. I traded a OBD1 P72 for a skunk2 chipped P28...5700 VTEC crossover, NO KNOCK SENSOR, no rev limiter...AWESOME...
Check locashracing.com, they have many different wiring harnesses for engine swaps. I swapped a 2000 B16A2 into my 93 hatch and I got the subharness for the VTEC, etc from them.
