Stage 2's make power a few hundred rpm higher than that. They usually peak out around 8650-8800. They are good streetable cams though. The Stage 3's are fuckign insane, it's not even funny. And yeah, don't use the stage 3's for your street car unless you want to pull your head every oil change...

Definitely. You can run a standalone ECU like Hondata. IIt's a lot easier to tune for OBDI and if you decide to make lots of power later on, you'll need to switch to OBDI to run a standalone anyway.

Get an OBD 1 harness, distributor, and injectors and run a P28, P30 or P72 with mapped for the B18C5. That is if you wanna run OBD 1. If you wanna OBD II, use the OBD II harness and the P73 ECU that came with the swap.
