you need the e-brake cables from civic ex. you can keep your master cylinder but the brakes will feel a little spongey. junk yard? craigslist?

nah man. the type s tranny is for a k series motor. it's not compatible with the B series GSR block. so, just get the gsr tranny and your set.

the LS is more turbo friendly but you'll get a lot more performance out of the GSR. and for 300 bucks?! just get the tranny to match it and you'll be good to go.

you need the window regulators and switches for the windows. it's going to take a lot of soldering and shit man. best donor car would be a 92-95 coupe EX. i know i've seen write ups on this kinda thing on this site. use the search bar

nope. you might as well turbo a b series motor and throw it in there. a lot less hassle and it'll run the v6 all day.
