you can do this you just have to syncronize the gears together. For example for a downshift you have to rev the motor up and apply very little force to try and get tranny to go in gear. i think it is for a down shift 1200 rpms up and for a up shift like 800 rpms down

you might get a little oil past the rings as they seal but it should stop after it is broken in. Did you break in the motor with non-synthetic oil?

no you need a b-series cable tranny get a b16 tranny if possible if you don't plan on boosting but if you do just stick with the b18

you can't turn your boost down further than the spring is set only up you will have to get another spring
