I did sortof the same thing. Other than becoming legal, what performance changes occur by installing an aftermarket cat, onto a car that didn't have one.

As for building a custom setup, is there a manual anywhere? What do I need, where can I find out.

mini-me swap is putting a vtec head onto a non-vtec block, SOHC that is. The B16 or B18 is a much better idea, the swap boys here will tell you.

5000 to make it look HOT? And you still have a d16y7 in it, well then since your so caked out you must be able to put another $10,000 under the hood. But anyway those swaps should run you from 2 to 5 G's complete. Should be worth more than the 5 you spent on looks.

Theres also a 2 wire sensor (a yellow&blue & a yellow&black) on the back of the intake manifold, its not the MAP or TPS, but its located on the lower back of the intake manifold. What sensor is that, where can I start to go about wiring it?

OK I ran both wires and grounded the black one(third wire), there seems to be no change, how can i tell if its working? And can I take the 4 wire o2 sensor off of the d16y7?

95 ZC (equiv. d16z6) w/p28 Ran vtec solenoid-a4 pressure-d6 grounded Is there a knock sensor? How can I tell? Also, what pin should i run the single wire 02 sensor on the header to?

I your going D-series, for low budget reasons you should do a d16z6 swap instead.
