replace your cap and rotor if that doesnt clear it up it may be deeper in the dizzy or could jsut be a odd wiring thing. on PMGFI.org there is a article where this guy makes his own ITB and he has a write up in the article of how to calibrate your tps.
umm my b16 came from a 91 XSI and its OBD0. wernt all integras 91-93 obd0? or did they switch for 92-93? i know the 94-95 were obd1 and most had the b18b in them, but i could be wrong
super chargers will net you more touqe where a turbo will be more power. turbo is cheaper and easier in my book. and no one really fears a super charged gsr.
you really dont need to rev past 8k. the only point of reving past 8k is if you make power up that high and unless you put alot of money into you motor its not gonna make power much past 8k. Your also going to have to upgrade alot more then just the rods to get the whole motor reving to 8k

well what do you mean high reving? My stock b16 revs to 8k rpms. and i push it out daily and it loves it. i would step mine up to a eagle personally. i think stock rods can only hold down around 200-250 hp. as for a girdle i didnt know you could stick one on a b16 it sounds interesting.
the radio could be n*gger rigged straigth to the power. if it is hope there is a fuse in there. i know people that do this so they can leave there radio on to drain there battery when there not in the car
