Or, if you are a DIYer, get a non-vtec OBD1 virgin ECU, chip it and convert it for VTEC. Should cost you $40 for the ECU and another $40 or so in parts for the chipping and VTEC conversion.

There isnt a lot of support out there for P13 stuff...how are you going to be tuning this P13? Hondata, Uberdata, Crome dont really support it at all, Neptune might but im not sure that is publicly available.
