for the speedo check your speed sensor on the tranny, for your vtec check the wiring at your solenoid

have you checked your fuel pressure? fuel filter? If you think your spark is good, get a can of ether, remove the intake and have a buddy start the car while you spray the ether in the thottle body.

can you turn the crank? meaning using a breaker bar and manually turn the motor? also how old is the gas?

generally they are all cast in 1 run so even the 93 motor was cast in 89 or 90
