is the motor trying to turn over? are you using a p28? are you using a dizzy that the same obd as the head?

no, you can just run it straight out it doesn't need to be recycled back in to the exhaust

yes either use that or the oil pressure sender unit on the rear of the block

some guys will put a t-fitting off of the oil pressure sending unit, located on the back of the block under the intake manifold, others will use a t-fitting off the oil sensor on the vtec solenoid

you wernt beating on it where you? I wouldn't take a freshly rebuilt motor over 3500rpm for at least a 1000 miles until you know the pistons are properly seated

even if you don't boost at all you will still be putting stress on the motor, having the turbo there and not creating boost will be a huge exhaust restriction. Don't drive it to your tuner unless you have too. And if you put the larger injectors in before your tune your car will not even start...

yes, you have to bleed it better, get a bleeder bottle and hook it up to the slave cylinder, open the valve and see if and air bubbles start coming out, also check your clutch fluid reservoir to make sure its full
