    Stop thinking in terms of boost levels. You should run whatever boost it takes to reach your power goal. Boost level is irrelevant, since you cound run 1.8 bar on a T25 and make 260 wheel Hp or you could run .8 bar on a GT30R and make 360 HP.

    You live in California. You know how California is with cars, yet you choose to defy the law in such a manner that it is obvious to even a clueless cop. Set the car up so it is quiet, not slammed, your paperwork is in order, etc and you won't have any problems.

    None of those chips would be 'good'. Get a chip that has a stock JDM P30 map on it and it will run like it should. All of those chips will run rich and probably make less power than a stock map will.
