lookat your rear brake light wires, wear your rear you put in the bulbs and look for broken wires or corrosion around the sockets

also do a pressure test on your coolant system after your done

the problem is probaly a air pocket in your coolant system as u say the car idle just goes up and down to fix the problem just take off the rad cap [cold] and let the engine run till the rad fan turns on. this sould solve the problem if it doesn't then let me know

yeah thats right for every 2.5 km roughly equals 1 mile if you change the whole cluster and u want it legal to sell the car then you can get a sticker from a dealer that stated that u changed the cluster at this date/milage with x-# of km or miles on the new one.

the code po1167 is your primary o2 sensor failure replace it

i take it you but ina new clutch in the car. when you put the clutch in did you align the clutch to the housing? did you replace the housing and the bearing as well as the clutch?

first the SiR doesn't have vtec all the way, the vtec kicks in at around 4600 rpm i-vtec means that the engine self retards or advances when at idle to give u a smooth idle and better emmissions on start up. i don't really under stand by what you mean be reving freely? is the car not smooth...

the problem most likely is rust in your rad, repalce the rad and flush the system, its also a good idea to replace the upper and lower rad hoses

i take it your car is a crx, main relays are c ommon problem with car that are that old so don't worry its a simple fix, its not only crx 's its all honda's, when u get the new part take the old one apart and u will see brown residue all around the circut board

the main relay should only click once[ when you turn on the car] but if can hear the main relay click over the sound of your fuel pump priming then there is a problem with main relay, u should replace it before the car won't start at all

check the code, it may have something to do with the speedo. see if your speed sensor is plugged in?

as for your vtec solinoid code, check your oil level if its low and your beat on the engine it might sense low oil pressure and cause a code. do a oil change and use the recomended 5w-30 oil as for your o2 sesnor u say it only came on when u raced, the problem may be the o2 sensor has a slow...
