you should be able to get it bored out .010" over just fine (same as .25mm). don't do anything crazy like .030 or anything like that. But, it also depends on how deep of a scratch you are talking about. Worse comes to worse, you can get stock replacement sleeves if you want to go a little bigger...
When I talked to a guy at Darton, he told me that it's not recommended to go past 84.5mm with these sleeves. But I've heard of people taking it to 85mm w/ no problem, but they aren't high boost/high nitrous applications. If you are going turbo, you can just up the boost instead of increasing the...
FS/FT: B16A DARTON 83MM PRO SLEEVES. These are similar to AEBS sleeves. I bought them w/ the intention of building a b16 block, but I ran into a B18 for a great deal. I would like to sell these or trade for some 81mm B18 Flanged Darton Sleeves (MID). Hopefully someone bought the wrong MID kit...
the main relay is about $50. The relays suck and that's what tends to go out on most circuit cards that has a shit load of relays on it (relay gets stuck, tap it to get it going until you can get a new part to replace it). :)
I'll pm you a website to go to if you don't want to buy a freakin manual. It's free. No dumbass spam shit either. SO THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSES TO NOT USE A FREAKIN MANUAL!!! And for the ARP head studs, for some cars (mainly preludes, but i haven't replaced a headgasket for a b18 IN an Integra...
Your main relay may be going out. If you put the ignition to the on switch and the cel doesn't come on for a couple of seconds then go out, then it's your main relay (when FIRST put the car to the on position (no start), the check engine light (cel) is supposed to come on for approx 2 seconds...
the other one should be thermosensor (the one two wire plug next to the temp gauge sending unit). Make sure that you have good grounds. If it were to be a vtec solenoid or pressure switch, you would have a cel for it if it were not plugged in.
It depends if you get a cd with the hondata. If you get the small cd, it should have some basemaps to go off of. I have the old Stage 4 in my PW0 and I found a preset basemap that is ready for use with a 3 bar map sensor. I hear a lot of good things about CROME pro too. I've had my Hondata for a...
