While I was away from hondaswap for a long long time, I suffered the loss of a great friend!

Like B stated block guards do more harm than good.
Picture it like this:
With boost pushing your motor, your motor is operating at higher temperatures. Therefore needing all the cooling it can get, block guards restrict the flow of coolant to the top of your motor.

The story:
The motor(D15B6) in my 1989 CRX HF runs perfect no issues what so ever. But the body is f#$*%d up, some of the OG's on here might remeber when I had a thread about my CRX being hit by a lifted F-150(yeah still got it...a year later)...
Clutch slippage?
Valve lash?
It sounds to me like once it has to apply real force(I use real force, because on stands there is no resistance on its rotation) then it starts to bog.
But thats just my 2cents!
