you know if you took off the rear wheel covers on the car and if honda engineers would have installed a b series engine it would have been so easy to come along with the new crx.
hasport makes a motor mount kit with all the necessary components
the prelude is a b series but the bastard b series and the crx is the e series so no but you could swap a d series from a 86-89 teg
don't forget the axles and shift linkage from hasport those are expensive as hell

you know that engine will not mount up correctly and there are no kits to make it work however since you so have money problems you can do a si-vtec-turbo which will run at the very max probably $1000 if you are patient and search for the parts as well as do all the work yourself.
