for me i only had that problem, in my first time we broke out my lsvtec.. it was my valve seals that were fucked up... well yeah man what oil are you using and piston rings.. you have?? yea you got too use the generic oil for break in... anyways.. i have extreme total seal.. and now i aint...
yeah man honda here on guam is a rip off.... and dude its the only honda dealer on island... so yeah, i can get one from my sis place at seattle for the same price like about $15-$20 the most.. but i really need it... soo i was just wondering if i should goo for honda $30 or napa $17??? oh yeah...

how are the Kamikaze header?? i was planning on getting a 2 piece 4-1 kamikaze header and just wonder if they really helpful or do gain hp?? is it good for top end?? its from a 2001 civic si b16, will it bolt on to a ls-vtec motor currently on a 1995 integra?? thanks....

well i got the ACT 6 puck clutch still brand new.. but i just ran my car with the clutch only 300miles. and we pulled out the motor for internal work.. soo since the motor is out i wanna jam in some flywheel! but yea probably ima get the ACT 12lbs flywheel. :)
i know lighter the better... lighter no torque... but yea i want torque... so i really want at least 11lbs light or even just a stock itr flywheel which is 14lbs if im not mistaken.. at least its not no stock 18lbs gsr/rs/gs/ls... but a flywheel also just betters the rev or the throttle...

k i got a question... the instruction is easy for the apex vafcII... but my question is.. you know the VTM signal wire we have to cut it??.. and the wire going to the ecu.. thats the wire we hoooked up the blue wire from the vafc.... what about the wire going out to the engine??? isn't it the...
