I've got a 95 EX VTEC solenoid on my 97 EX head, but there is an oil leak from the solenoid. Now... is there like a solenoid gasket I'm missing or are the Z6 and Y8 solenoids different? Please help as this is my first Honda I'm modding... :ph34r:

I have a 98 Civic with a mini-me conversion. I previously had a 92-95 intake mani on it and have since changed it out for a 96-98 EX IM. I need to find the nub on the intake manifold that the vacuum line for the cruise control will plug onto. Where is it? Maybe I'm not looking hard enough...

The VAFC is installed, but the VTEC isn't running. I've got a 2000 EX ECU, but it's OBD2b and doesn't match up with my 98 LX harness (OBD2a). How can I get the VTEC to work? Any point in changing fuel settings when not running VTEC (will it hurt or help)?

It's a 92-95 EX throttle body. It's in good condition, butterfly works well. I was going to use it on my Mini-me swapped car, but used my LX TB instead. Will sell for $100 and throw in TB gasket. I opened the package for the gasket but again never used it.

Well, my Mini-Me swap is done. I don't have the VTEC hooked up yet, but it runs great. It's really rich at idle... I don't have an A/F meter yet either, but you can smell the gas really bad. The smell goes away when you start driving. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if the internals for the Z6 and Y8 are swappable? I've heard that the Y8 is better (in terms of flow) than the Z6, and I need to know if the cam, rocker arm assembly and VTEC solenoid can be taken from the Z6 and placed in a bare Y8.
