Are you wanting performance out of this setup? or sound? This setup your doing will not improve hp by much because your going creating less back pressure(little more exhaust flow) from the head out all the way up to the resonator then decreasing backpressure back to OEM at the resonator.

I take it you did not bench bleed the master cyl b4 putting it into the car. You have to bleed the master itself. Put the master in a vise(not in the car)/fill the reservoir/ pump the master cyl piston with your hand untill you get pure fluid coming out of the brake line ports/cap the ports...

+1 basically turbulance= decreased back pressure flow. makes it harder for the turbo to get the exhaust out= increased heat

Boost is just a number you will have to run to make 250hp. Do you have a turbo compressor map for that turbocharger? If so plot your p/r and airflow rate:cfm (Y and X axis graph) to find exactly where the turbocharger will be spooling up/surge limit/turbo airflow limit etc. compressor map will...

^ +1 also try - white lithium grease. and try pushing the key in and out while jiggling it. The teeth in the ign are prob worn, & being that the key has new teeth & are not lining up, even tho the new and old key may look the same when u line up both keys

You can drive the car on lower compression. but it will run very slow. The motor was intended to be used with higher compression(oem). Dropping the compression will drop your HP. Thats until you get the turbo, that will make up for the compression loss
